Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks and machines cannot be returned once the security seal is broken unless they are found to be defective.

Package Your Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals and accessories included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship to Perth CPAP
Affix your Return Authorization number to the outside of the package and send it to our Perth-based warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
