At Perth CPAP, we are committed to providing high-quality sleep apnea solutions and offer a comprehensive returns policy for faulty items or change-of-mind purchases on unopened accessories. Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks and machines cannot be returned once the security seal is broken unless they are found to be defective.

Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of purchase to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Item

Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals and accessories included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Ship to Perth CPAP

Affix your Return Authorization number to the outside of the package and send it to our Perth-based warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
